Shipping Information

We use APC next day tracked courier service.

Shipping is free of charge for all UK orders over the value of £50.00.

Orders under £50 are charged at £3.95.

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 Working Day depending on product availability. We aim to dispatch Orders placed by 11am on the same day.

Standard Delivery should take 24 hours although occasionally at busy times, and depending on courier availability, this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping can be arranged by contacting A2B Equestrian direct.

Standard Returns

This excludes Safety Wear which is non returnable for health and safety reasons.

You have 14 days to return unwanted items, they must be pristine and sealed in the original packaging with labels attached. If there is any sign of use or damage you will not be refunded and are responsible for collecting the goods. 

Free Returns

This is exclusively for single items that have a value of £300 or more and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
