Cash/Major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment.
When ordering goods by Phone, online or mobile shop you are creating a contract between yourself and A2B Equestrian as outlined in these terms and conditions.
Payment by credit or debit card received by us via the Website/telephone/mobile shop will be taken from your card at the time we receive your order. Online Payments are collected and processed via Worldpay which is robust and secure however A2B Equestrian cannot guarantee that Worldpay will never be subject to a security breach. We endeavour to keep the price of any goods on our Website/mobile shop (a2bequestrian.com) accurate and updated however in the event of an obvious error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed by you having relied on in-accurate prices.
Prices are payable in £ sterling and are liable to change at any time. Changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT. Childrens clothing and equine feed supplements are exempt from VAT.
All information and images provided on the website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In a situation where an error has occurred we will contact you before accepting your order. You have the right to cancel your order or proceed based on the change in information. Should we not be able to contact you then the order will automatically be cancelled within in 48 hours of the first attempt to contact you. D. Processing
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If there is a delivery tracking reference then it will be supplied. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose other than order updates by A2B Equestrian.
We reserve the right to refund any payment made to us if we do not accept your order.
There may be situations where circumstances beyond our control can prevent us from fulfilling your order promptly or within 28 days or possibly not at all. With no prior notice suppliers can withdraw the goods or change the specification of goods they had offered A2B Equestrian for sale. In these circumstances we will contact you by phone/email to discuss the situation. You have the right to cancel your order or proceed based on the change in information. Should we not be able to contact you then the order will automatically be cancelled.
Should you wish to place an order for a product/size/colour not listed as available then it may be possible to raise a special order for you. Riding Hats A2B Equestrian sell a selection of Riding Hats via website, phone, in store and mobile shop. We do offer an in store hat fitting service in line with manufacturer guidelines. When a customer purchases a hat they are accepting that, where requested, the hat has been fitted correctly. Once a hat has left the shop it cannot be returned unless a fault has occurred. The customer is responsible for the care of the hat and ensuring the fit is regularly checked. Where a hat or body protector has been supplied and the customer has not requested a fitting or listened to the advice of the sales staff, or has purchased online, A2B Equestrian will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained due to ill-fitting safety equipment. 6. Returns Policy
We will happily credit or exchange any full priced item provided they are returned to us within 14 working days from the date which you received the item. Returns and exchanges first require approval so please discuss first by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will not be accepted without authorisation. Sale Items cannot be returned so please ensure that you are happy with your goods before purchasing. Riding Hats are excluded from returns due to health and safety regulations as we cannot 100% guarantee that the hat has not been damaged having left A2B Equestrian.
Bespoke Bridles, or any item ordered especially for a customer by request, cannot be refunded or returned.
The customer is responsible for the goods until they are returned to A2B Equestrian. Goods must be returned at your expense unsoiled and unused. It is recommended that all returns are registered and insured when sent as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged goods.
Once the order has been safely returned to us, we aim to refund your original within 7 working days. (please note this can take up to 14 days during very busy periods).
If you require an exchange then payment for postage of the new item will be required and this can be taken over the phone or by cheque if you post with the returned items.
7. Faulty Goods
If you find a product to be faulty then please contact us immediately either by email at Sales@a2bequestrian.com or by telephone 01786 841640. Should you continue to use the goods after you have found a fault then you agree to accept the goods in their damaged conditions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods. The item(s) must be adequately insured as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels.
Once the fault has been reviewed/accepted we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage charges. Please allow up to 28 days to process your return, but we will do our best to process as quickly as possible.
In the event of any doubt we reserve the right to refer to the manufacturer of the goods. If the goods are found to be in full working order or if the defect is deemed to be as a result of misuse/neglect then the goods will be returned to the customer who will be liable for any costs incurred and the return shipping charge. Health and Safety at Work Act (1972)
Any goods returned under complaint will not be processed unless they are clean and dry due to the health and safety at work act 1972. if goods arrive in this state, then the customer will be liable for the costs to return the item for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
8. Loyalty Points Scheme
Customers using the online Tack Shop – www.a2bequestrian.com and complete a transaction are entitled to earn points for every purchase.
£1.00 is worth 1 Point which is a value of 0.01p. A minimum of £20.00 – 200 points must be achieved in order to be entitled to redeem the points.
Points will be valid for 12 months from the last transaction with A2B Equestrian.
Points will be awarded to the customer account when goods are dispatched.
Points will be deducted if a transaction is cancelled or refunded.
A2B Equestrian reserves the right to amend the value of points without any given notice or withdraw the scheme entirely. 9. Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services /goods featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of A2B Equestrian.
A2B Equestrian does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
